Merchandise return authorization. The sale of all fine jewelry is final and there are no returns.
If merchandise is broken during transit, or seems
defective in any way, please contact us and
we will take the appropriate measures to determine whether a credit or
replacement is in order. There is a 20% restocking fee on returned
merchandise that is not defective.
